Electric equipment does not have the power of gasoline equipment. It is heavier, more expensive and the batteries do not last long.

Humberto H. – English

After we’ve paid for our gas equipment, why are we being forced to change to electric?

Sherrine N. – English

It’s important that we have the right to choose our energy source.

Hilarion Z. – English

CARB imposed regulations on us truck drivers and forced us to buy new equipment without providing any support for the transition. And the systems don’t work. In the end, they want to take credit at the expense of our money. They don’t regulate what companies pay for the work. Many independent truckers have already gone bankrupt because of this, and people don’t see it.

Martha M. – English

My family is full of hard working people and it’s been hard to keep up with all the bills. Now it’s worse with this economy. How can any of us afford to switch to a new viecle when it’s hard to put food on the table?

Richard M. – English

Don’t rush to believe that electric cars and putting a ban on gas powered vehicles is the best thing to do. It is not! We do not have the infrastructure.

Arlene F. M. – English

It’s going to be hard on our planet and on low income families. We are already experiencing power outages, so what is going to happen with this new project?

Tony D. – English

Black and brown families that are in the lower bracket of our economy can’t afford to be fully electrical dependent.

Greg T. – English

We are not ready for the change. The electrical grid will not be able to handle the drain on it during the summer months.

Adelina O.M. – English

As Californians, we need a change, but not this kind of change. They go against small businesses and all the families who are struggling to get ahead honestly, without being a burden on the government.
