With the price of electric vehicles and the cost of electric bills, you are NOT putting the people first. It is not feasible. The high gas prices are already enough. With the cost of living in California, the majority of the public cannot afford this. California can barely keep the lights on during the summer when we need air conditioning. How are we supposed to recharge our vehicles just to get to work?
