As of January 1, 2024, the sale of new gasoline-powered lawn equipment is prohibited in California. I must express that, after 20 years living in California, I have never felt so much frustration with these types of laws. It is unacceptable that bans are implemented from a desk, without true knowledge about gardening work. Laws are supposed to protect the people, not benefit a political few.
