In California, we do not have the capacity to produce energy, let alone to prohibit different types of fuels. Furthermore, thanks to the government, we will not be able to pay for electricity, which is through the roof.

Freedom of choice will allow people to make the best decisions. A strong electrical infrastructure needs to be established before even considering the massive transformation.

I would like to know how California intends to dispose of car batteries that are not useful anymore? I believe they will contaminate more than the current automobiles.

Please let the transition be smooth for small businesses and offer incentives such as financial help so they can afford new equipment.
