Because of your stories and your advocacy, Sacramento is paying attention — and we’re seeing early signs of progress that put working families and small businesses first.

A Year of Real Voices and Real Momentum

This year, champions from every corner of the state stepped forward:

• Farm workers, ag logistics teams, truck drivers, and construction crews called for practical energy policies that support the backbone of California’s economy.
• Food truck operators, restaurant owners, and entrepreneurs reminded legislators that affordable energy keeps dreams alive and small businesses open.
• Sustainability-focused small businesses, like clothing recyclers, showed that affordability and environmental responsibility can go hand-in-hand.
• Cultural communities — from lowriders to RV enthusiasts — stood up for energy policies that protect the traditions and lifestyles that make California unique.

And through it all, our organizational partners — including CAHCC, the Multicultural Business Alliance, the Latin Business Association, Orange County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Jaguar Farm Labor Contracting, and the Hispanic Chambers of Commerce of San Francisco — helped ensure community voices were heard in Sacramento and beyond.
