CARB imposed regulations on us truck drivers and forced us to buy new equipment without providing any support for the transition. And the systems don’t work. In the end, they want to take credit at the expense of our money. They don’t regulate what companies pay for the work. Many independent truckers have already gone bankrupt because of this, and people don’t see it.
