I am very upset about this transition. It will have a negative impact on the car culture of our people. Many people cannot afford this, and our grid cannot handle the load. This is too extreme. I should have a choice. Not giving me the option is oppressive and something a dictator would do.

Where are they going to put all the batteries when they’re no good or explode on the freeway? Where is the battery dump site or recycling facility? Because when a trailer exploded on the 15 freeway in the desert, everyone was scared to go near it.

They’re not thinking this through well enough. The grid, first of all, can’t and won’t be able to handle it. The lower classes won’t be able to afford it, not to mention the small business owners who won’t be able to handle the increases in shipping and receiving.
