No one should dictate what type of energy we want to use.

Estamos intentando salvar el planeta, pero no a los humanos. Nuestra infraestructura no puede soportar la cantidad de energía que necesitamos. Todo esto es una visión miope. Mandatos para promover carreras políticas, no para ayudar a las personas.

We are trying to save the planet, but not the people on it! Our infrastructure cannot take the amount of energy we need. It’s all short sighted. Mandates to further political careers. Not to help people.

No tiene sentido. Tenemos apagones continuos en verano porque la red no da abasto a la demanda actual. ¿Cómo vamos a suministrar electricidad a todos esos coches?

It just doesn’t make sense. We have rolling blackouts in the summer months because the grid can’t handle the current demand. How are we going to supply electricity for all of these cars?

¡Basta de imposiciones! ¡Basta de dañar nuestro sustento, nuestra comida, nuestro transporte! ¡Basta!

Stop forcing yourself on us. Stop hurting our livelihood, our food, our transportation. Stop!

Your constituency does not want only electric vehicles. There are hundreds of thousands of jobs associated with the automobile industry that are at risk and you will certainly be voted out if you keep this up.

Los ciudadanos no quieren sólo vehículos eléctricos. Hay cientos de miles de puestos de trabajo asociados a la industria automotriz que están en peligro y, si continúa así, la gente pedirá revocación de mandato.
